Clinton Casey

Along with his wife Leslie, Clinton Casey founded The Casey Group Pty. Ltd. in 1988, and Retirement Services Australia (RSA) Group in 1989. Clinton was well aware that there were at that time many retirement "homes" throughout Australia. He was determined that Casey retirement would be different. His goal was to take retirement living in a whole new direction, providing the highest quality standards, superior services and ultimate comfort for residents. He leads a team which has pioneered a major shift throughout the industry in designing high quality retirement properties that residents can look forward to as new beginnings in their lives.

Clinton Casey is also part owner and Chairman of Links Group which owns Sanctuary Lakes Resort, a $900 million multi award winning resort at Point Cook, and Sandhurst Club, an $800 million club community at Skye. As well as being Executive Chairman of The Casey Corporation, Founder and Managing Director of Retirement Services Australia and Chairman of Links Group Holdings Pty. Ltd., Clinton sits on numerous company boards, principally in lifestyle and sporting organisations.

Many Victorians know Clinton Casey as Chairman of the Richmond Football Club. In this high-profile role, Clinton was able to share his extensive business development experience, and to provide the Club with motivation and leadership through challenging and changing times.

 

Scott Mitchell

Scott Mitchell

Scott Mitchell has extensive experience in the property, retirement and hospitality industries.  His background, professional qualifications and personal determination has ensures his success in his role within The Casey Group, which include the group's site selection, acquisition, planning, project management, construction, sales and financial structuring.

Scott has a passion for ensuring the entire process of buying, living in and selling a retirement unit is made as pleasurable as possible for residents of the group's luxury properties.

Prior to joining The Casey Group, Scott headed the Acquisitions & Development Division of Retirement Services Australia (RSA).  When RSA merged with Brisbane-based group FKP in 2006, the company became one of Australia's largest Retirement Village owners and managers. Whilst at RSA/ FKP Scott also built and managed a dynamic sales team and revitalised a number of facility management systems.

Scott is well known in the retirement industry and beyond as a highly-principled and successful asset manager, marketer and Valuer of major properties. While an Associate Director with Colliers International, he was directly involved in the sale of over 1 billion dollars worth of property throughout Australia over a 15 year period. He also has valuable experience as an owner and Resort General Manager of the famous Cape Schanck Resort, and he is the co-founder and an owner of one of Australia's best-known urban spas, Aurora Spa Retreat in St. Kilda.

Scott's formal qualifications include a Masters of Business in Tourism Development and a Bachelor of Business in Property. He has been a qualified Valuer and has held a Real Estate Sub Agents licence since 1990.

Pasquale (Pas) Daniele, a qualified accountant and Fellow of Chartered Secretaries Australia, has had over 20 years experience working with publicly-listed companies. He joins the Casey group bringing with him over 10 years of senior financial and management experience gained in the retirement industry.
